Chennai: SRM University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), New Delhi, to conduct the "Global Engineering Education Deans Council Summit" next year.
The summit is scheduled to be held in October, 2013 and SRM University is the first private university to conduct this event in the country, city-based SRM University said in a statement.
SRM University chancellor T R Pachamuthu and ISTE President R Murugesan exchanged documents for the MoU.
