More than 50 students from Singapore, Myanmar, and Philippines visited SRM University, Ramapuram campus, Chennai, as part of ASEAN – INDIA Students Exchange Programme organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Ministry of External Affairs. Subbiah Bharathi, dean, E&T, welcomed the gathering.
The main objective of the visit was to facilitate an interaction between Indian and foreign students. Jayashree Suresh, dean, MBA, of Kattankulathur campus, made a brief presentation of the MBA programme offered at the university. R Narayanasamy, director, Ramapuram campus, S Rajeswari, deputy director–CII and C Sundar, head, School of Management, Ramapuram campus felicitated the programme. Antony Michael Raj, vice-principal of SRM University, Ramapuram campus, delivered vote of thanks.
